QUEBRADA - detail
The inspiration for this piece comes from the tritik work of Yoruba textiles from Africa. The resist consists of thread sewn around a fold of the fabric, leaving a deep mark in the cloth. The original colour is reserved in the fold, which has the rugosity of a ravine.
