The textile used in this screen are similar to “Caleidoscopio”. In this piece the structural weft both holds together the different warp bands and acts as a colour filter. The colour for each warp band alternates with that of the weft thread (blue) that covers the whole width of the textile.This is interrupted at intervals, resulting in horizontal lines of pure, unmixed colour. A space is created at these weft interruptions, visually connecting both sides of the screen.
